" An attractive detached former lodge house that has been sympathetically updated and improved in recent years, offering a beautifully presented home with a blend of period features and modern space. The exterior is the very pleasant Bargate Stone, typical to the area, with part tile hung elevations under a mainly retiled roof, with a kitchen extension to the side. This home enjoys an elevated position standing above Eashing Lane with a pleasant green and southerly outlook from the garden. The well presented accommodation retains a number of original features including fireplaces and exposed beams throughout the property. A wood burning stove is located in the Dining room.

An attractive covered entrance porch gives access to a small hallway and in turn to two excellent reception rooms. The kitchen/breakfast room has been tastefully updated with contemporary composite work tops, a range of eye and base level units and appliances with double doors to the garden.
