This is a charming three bedroom family home located in the prestigious Busbridge area of Godalming. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to sought after local schools, such as Busbridge Infants and Junior schools and the highly regarded Godalming Sixth Form College.

At the front there is a single integrated garage and off street parking for more than two cars. There is a ornamental weeping cherry tree on the front lawn, which is very pretty when it blooms in the Spring
