" This superb detached chalet property has excellent flexible accommodation over two floors and has a superb corner position in the this popular cul de sac position. The property has spacious reception rooms with a large sitting room with a central brick built fireplace open to a formal dining room. The kitchen is well fitted with built appliances and storage and has a good view into the rear garden. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, the main bedroom benefit from a modern en suite bathroom. On the first floor are two further bedrooms together with a further bathroom. Viewing is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is in a sought after cul de sac of similar properties on the edge of Lindford village within about 0.5 mile of the local shops and recently refurbished Royal Exchange public house and restaurant. The village is surrounded by delightful Hampshire countryside, much under the ownership of the National Trust. The nearby towns of Liphook, Alton and Farnham all provide more comprehensive facilities with stations on the London Waterloo main line. There is a good range of schooling for all age groups in the vicinity.   Access to the A3 is either at Liphook or Hindhead, giving good transport routes to the north to Guildford and the M25 and beyond and to the south coast.

The property is in a ideal corner position in the cul de sac with a good size parking area leading to a Double Garage. To one side is an area of lawn with flower beds containing a mixture of small shrubs and plant as well as to the front a mature hedge.
