DETAILS A well-presented 2008 constructed three bedroom semi-detached home located within a popular cul-de-sac within Four Marks. The property has a 16' living room, bay-fronted kitchen/breakfast room, downstairs cloakroom and upstairs, two double bedrooms and a single, in addition there is an en suite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom. To the left hand side of the property there is a garage and driveway parking.

Enter the property into the entrance hall and positioned to the right is the cloakroom which has a WC, wash hand basin and a front aspect obscure window.
