" A handsome and well designed family house offered for sale in excellent decorative order throughout. This warm and welcoming home has been lovingly cared for by the present owners since 2007 and provides an ideal village home. The generous living accommodation includes a sitting room with a central stone fireplace and square bay window with double doors leading to the separate dining room. A further set of patio doors from the dining room lead through to a double glazed conservatory with views over and direct access to the garden. A stylish fitted kitchen/breakfast room comprises a range of eye and base level cabinets finished to a contemporary style with a gas hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a separate utility room. On the first floor, the principal bedroom features fitted wardrobe cupboards and a recently refitted en-suite shower room. Red Bushes Close is a small close of just twelve private houses of varying size and design constructed by Hillreed Homes Ltd in 2007 to complement the established village setting. The active and popular village of Medstead is set amidst fine Hampshire countryside and has a church, public house, primary school, local shops and a number of village clubs and societies. The market towns of Alton and Alresford both provide a very good range of facilities with two secondary schools, a 6th form college and mainline station to London Waterloo at Alton and the well renowned Perins Secondary School at Alresford.
