" A lovely ground floor age restricted apartment located in the fine Hampshire village of Holybourne. The property is presented in good order throughout and viewings are advised.

The property has been well maintained by the current owners with spacious accommodation comprising living dining room, inner hallway, double bedroom with built in wardrobes, wooden kitchen with fitted appliances including fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher and hob ,oven and extractor. The bathroom is a white suite and also has an Aqualisa power shower. Outside the communal gardens are well manicured. Gaskell Court is a dedicated retirement scheme of varying sized apartments adjoining Thornton End, a close of bungalows and houses on the Alton side of Holybourne, a traditional Hampshire village.
