This area is also quite private as it is not overlooked from the rear. This will make a fantastic family home for those needing the extra bedroom or reception space, the property also caters for those requiring off street parking for two cars.The property is in good order, having been recently re-decorated by the current owners. We have spent many happy years here enjoying numerous benefits. We love the location and will be sorry to leave it behind as we have found living here so very convenient. Having the parking has been really useful for us as the children got older and started driving themselves. What has also been really useful is the extra bedroom suite downstairs which has been great for guests, especially with the extra shower room.
It is now time to down size as the kids have grown up and they no longer require all the space here. We have accommodation lined up and therefore offer the property with no onward chain.
