Description
Built in about 1996, the property is in a single detached block consisting of one ground floor, two first floor and one second floor apartments. It enjoys a main South Westerly aspect with townscape views from the living room, which is open plan to the kitchen. The double bedroom, which has a rear aspect, and the bathroom are independently accessed from the reception hall. Location
This small individual block of flats in set back from Mount Pleasant Road and has its own long driveway leading to allocated parking for each flat.
