" An attractive and very spacious modern cottage of character forming part of a thoughtfully considered and well designed development for the over 60's, within half a mile of the centre of the town. This is one of the largest houses within Cromwell Gardens and the feeling of space is immediate with a large reception hall. The excellent living accommodation includes a well proportioned sitting room with a door to outside and a gas coal effect fireplace. There is also a separate dining room. In addition, there is a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room. The versatile accommodation includes a ground floor bathroom and bedroom with an en suite shower room.
