" Chilmark court is situated a short distance from Liss’s main high street and main line station.
The property is set in a well maintained development of a few houses. The property itself is presented to a very high standard and the present owner has improved it to make the most of its space.
On the ground floor there is a good size lounge diner although the present owner uses this purely as her lounger there is plenty of space allow a dining area, however if it is a dining space away from the living area that you require then look no further. The kitchen has been redesigned to allow a space for dining. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of cupboards, work surfaces and space for everyday appliances. Following on from the kitchen there has been an addition of a conservatory, this area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon sun. There is also a cloakroom.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. The master has double fitted wardrobes and takes a king-size bed and still allows plenty of room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.
To the rear of the property there is a low maintenance garden which the present owners have decorated with a range of pot plants and borders there is also a shed.
To the front of the property there is a well maintained communal garden with steps leading down to the parking area. Chilmark court comes with its own comes with its own garage and parking space there is also visitors parking.

This house is a perfect size for people looking to get something a little bit smaller or maybe buy their first home. It was the rooms sizes that really sold me on this property. The second bedroom is great for when I have my grandchildren over as I can fit two single beds in there. The loft space on the property has come in very handy. I have put in a loft ladder, light and boarded it out up there and I often use it when
I work from home. I added the conservatory as I thought it would make a nice addition to the house, I really do enjoy sitting out here in the afternoon. I really do hope people will be sold on the location and the room sizes just like I was.
