" Don't judge a book by its cover springs to mind when I think about this house. You will be amazed at how much space this extended Victorian terrace has to offer. The house has a wealth of charm and character with feature fireplaces and high ceilings. There is plenty of room for a growing family with two good reception rooms on the ground floor and a well designed kitchen. Upstairs the bedrooms are all of a very good size two of which benefit from En-suite shower rooms and built in storage. The garden is a very good size, so there is more than enough space in the garden for swings, slides and trampolines. Not forgetting a nice patio area for you to enjoy in those summer months. There is off road parking to the front. The house is situated in a great spot and is walking distance to the mainline train station and is within easy access to the A3 with links to the south coast and London.

This house has been such a perfect family home and we will find it very hard to leave. Situated in Rushes Road a very desirable and friendly road, offering a short stroll into the town as well as easy access to the train station for trips to London.We have enjoyed updating and improving our home and we have created a lovely bedroom and shower room in the loft space and added the en-suite to the master bedroom. Having a large garden has been great for the children to play safely, and having two parking spaces is a big plus.
