" This extended 1930's built semi-detached family home provides well proportioned living accommodation and comprises covered entrance with courtesy light and part-glazed front door to the entrance hall which has a balustrade staircase to the first floor landing and cupboard beneath, leaded light window and picture rails. The family room has a semi-circular double glazed bay window, open hearth fireplace set in wooden surround and picture rails. The extended living room has an open hearth fireplace set in a tiled and wooden surround, built-in storage cupboard, two double glazed skylight windows, picture rails and double glazed casement doors to the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of fitted units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is a 1n++ bowl single drainer sink unit. The rear lobby has quarry tiled flooring, double glazed door to the rear garden and a further door to the cloakroom which is fitted with a white suite comprising wash hand basin and low level wc.
