" A delightful 1930's three bedroom semi-detached house set in a tree lined road, within close proximity of the town centre. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall leading to the sitting room with an open fireplace and bay window. The dining room has a feature fireplace and original French doors out to the rear garden. The kitchen has fitted units with an integrated oven and hob plus space for a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher along with a breakfast area, and a door out to the patio. There is also a cloakroom to the ground floor.
Upstairs there are three well- proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a built in cupboard, and bay window to the front elevation providing fine views towards the Downs beyond. Bedroom two and three are to the rear elevation and both have built in cupboards, with bedroom two having a feature fireplace. The family bathroom completes the upstairs.
