" This well presented four bedroom attached family home is situated on a small residential development constructed in 2003 by Messrs Bewley Homes within the highly regarded village of East Meon. Features of the property include an entrance hall with balustrade staircase, cloakroom with low level wc and wash hand basin, lounge with coal effect fire set in a marble and wooden surround and double glazed casement doors to the outside, two further reception rooms, fitted kitchen with an excellent range of modern units and built-in appliances and a separate utility room. Situation
The village of East Meon has a convenience store, two public houses and village school and there are further, more comprehensive facilities at Petersfield including the Rams Walk shopping complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. Petersfield also has a main line railway station providing a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo and recreational facilities include The Heath, lake, 18 hole golf course, Taro Sports Centre and there are various clubs and societies. There are excellent schools in the vicinity including Bedales School, Churcher's College and Ditcham Park School.
