" This delightful private development was built circa 1991/92 by Crest Homes. Our present clients have really looked after their home, and have spent time, energy and no little expense in maintaining and improving it over the years. The house is well proportioned throughout and most attractively presented. One particular area of note is the high levels of energy efficiency provided here. In addition to cavity wall insulation, our clients have added 16 south facing photo-voltaic panels to the roof, making a considerable saving to the electricity costs. Indeed we believe that the recent gas and electricity costs have totalled around ?+?800 - a marked saving. Add these savings to the average ?+?1700+(non-taxable) payment from the electricity supplier and you get an idea of some of the tremendous benefits of this home.

A good size conservatory has been added in the last few years featuring full height glazing to 3 aspects, reflective ceiling glazing, laminated flooring and a vertical radiator. A high level window has been added to the dining room to increase the natural light. The kitchen/breakfast has been most attractively refitted with a comprehensive range of Shaker style cream units. There is a fitted 4 burner gas hob and separate double oven whilst other features include a circular carousel unit, built-in bread board, and woodblock breakfast bar.
