" This semi-detached 3-bedroom house offers the incoming buyer an opportunity to decorate and enhance to their own taste. Extended to the fore to create a proper entrance lobby with coat hanging space, a further door leads to the original entrance hall with staircase and access to the lounge/diner and kitchen, The main reception is open plan, front to back. There is a boarded up fireplace and some wall units we suspect you would want to remove, but we think this room could look lovely with redecoration and some new flooring. This room then leads onto a modern Upvc conservatory. The kitchen has a mix of modern and rather older units so would benefit from a re-match. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and third that would make a great study or nursery. The bathroom is fitted with a functional white suite. Heating is via gas central heating to radiators and the windows are double glazed. Outside, to the front of the property is an off street parking space for one medium sized car. Shared access leads to the rear garden which extends to at least 90' "
