" These very central contemporary apartments were built approximately 4 years ago in the centre of the town and are in a hugely convenient location for all that the town has to offer including its excellent commuter station. The flat is beautifully presented throughout and has been hugely well cared for by our clients during their time there and being on the top floor, all of the principal rooms are extremely light and airy thanks to its south westerly orientation. The large open plan sitting/dining room is a particularly attractive space with an engineered oak floor that runs throughout and has ample space for a dining table to one side. From here, there are double doors that leads out onto a large balcony with space for outside furniture which makes an ideal spot for outside dining during the Spring and Summer months. The kitchen is beautifully fitted out with a comprehensive range of high gloss units and various integrated appliances that include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and as it is open plan to the main living area, it works extremely well for both entertaining and day to day use. In the hall, there is a cupboard housing a washing machine. The master bedroom has a range of built in wardrobes as well as its own full en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom is also a double and has the use of a very nicely fitted family bathroom. The town centre is situated just a few minutes' walk from the flat with its wide and varied array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the New Victoria theatre and the multi screen cinema in the Peacocks shopping centre. Woking has one of the best commuter stations in the south east and runs and fast and frequent service into Waterloo in as little as approximately 23 minutes.
