These costs only apply to adults over the age of 18 responsible for the rent and cover the referencing procedure, our administration, the cost of providing the Tenancy Agreement and the registering of your deposit. These will be due immediately.

Additional tenants - £90.00 inc VAT per tenant

If you are securing a property more than 1 month in advance we will require a £250.00 holding deposit once references have passed which will be knocked off the first month’s rent.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of one and a half months’ rent and the first month up front are due in cleared funds prior to the move in date. (If a holding deposit of £250.00 has been taken this will be deducted from your first month’s rent)

Check Out Fee’s:
If the landlord has chosen to have an independent inventory compiled, you will be liable to meet the check out fee, this will range from £90.00 inc vat for a one bedroom unfurnished property up to £210.00 inc vat for a five bedroom furnished property, this fee will be deducted from your deposit.
