" Deceptively spacious home situated at the top of a quiet cul de sac in this established residential area. The accommodation includes large living room, conservatory, kitchen/breakfast room, utility and wc, three large bedrooms and family bathroom. It has an open aspect and parking for two.

PROPERTY
This deceptively spacious property is accessed via a large and welcoming entrance hall with tiled floor which has stairs leading to the first floor and large understairs storage cupboard.
