" Located at the top of a cul-de-sac with far reaching views over Charlton Kings is this semi detached bungalow with planning permission. The property briefly comprises sitting room, modern kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms, conservatory and converted garage. The garage is divided into two rooms and is currently used as an office / work area, but has planning permission to be connected to the bungalow whereupon it could be utilised as two further bedrooms.
