" A beautifully presented, spacious Edwardian semi detached house. Warm and inviting, the property still retains much of its character and charm and has been extended to provide a large kitchen/dining/family room and two extra bedrooms, making it ideal for modern family life. Period features, stripped wood and clean modern style have been combined to provide a lovely family home. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with doors to sitting room and kitchen/dining room and stairs to first floor with storage under. The sitting room has a bay window and a working open fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with a range of matching storage units with roll edge work surfaces over and inset one and a half bowl sink and drainer unit.
