" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Situated in Fairview, just to the north east of the town centre, this property is conveniently situated within a short walk of the town centre. The area is remarkably quiet and peaceful and the property has the benefit of 2 off road parking spaces and a lovely enclosed garden.

The accommodation on the ground floor consists of a living room which measures 16'3'' x 10' approx. This room has wood laminate flooring, an attractive feature fireplace and one wall wallpapered.
