" Welcome to Rosedale, a four/five-bedroom detached family home that offers more that it would appear too. Offered with no onward chain, the current owners have extended the property substantially to the rear of the property, where two, very modern pods now incorporate the main living space and a wonderful kitchen/dining room, with both room having glass doors leading to one section of garden.

Located within a village on the outskirts of Cheltenham, the property sits on a total plot size approaching 0.4 acre with the larger part of the garden, currently being used to house the cattery that is run from the property. With the current vendors now looking to retire, we can confirm that the framework for the pens will be removed between exchange and completion, allowing the new owners to create a garden of their choice.

Inside, Rosedale is well presented and combines the period touches of the original home with the new, contemporary features with ease.
