" A well presented semi detached family home on sought after Hatherley Road. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and doors into sitting/dining room and kitchen. The sitting/dining room has an inset gas effect fire with walnut surround and granite hearth, windows to front and rear aspect and a door from here into the kitchen. The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fitted with a range of matching eye and base level storage units and built-in appliances to include fridge/freezer, Smeg gas hob and Smeg electric oven with an extractor fan above. There is also space with plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. The 'Worcester' combination boiler is housed in a large cupboard in the corner of the kitchen. Off the first floor landing are doors to three good size bedrooms and a recently refitted family bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite with shower above the bath, pedestal wash hand basin and low level W.C. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with flower/shrub borders and is panel fenced enclosed with pedestrian side access. To the front of the property is a gravelled driveway providing off road parking for several vehicles and a lawned garden. The property is warmed by gas fired central heating and is fully Upvc double glazed.
