" A magnificent double fronted Victorian detached family residence. This style of property on a large and private plot in one of Cheltenham's most highly regarded residential areas, rarely becomes available. Double timber doors open to a reception vestibule with black and white tiled floor with timber and glazed doors opening to the hall. The drawing room has a large bay window to the front as does the good size formal dining room. Beyond the drawing room is a sitting room. The kitchen has a cream AGA and benefits from an adjacent laundry room with recycling drawers and a sink together with a walk-in larder, a cellar with the 2 boilers, wine bins and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is a large, light landing with a window overlooking the garden. The main bedroom has French doors overlooking the garden and a dressing room with an adjacent bathroom with underfloor heating which could all be combined into one large principal suite, if required. Also on the first floor, are a further bathroom with a bath and a separate shower as well as another three bedrooms. On the second floor are two further bedrooms and a third bathroom with underfloor heating. There is plenty of parking at the front on the drive and the property also benefits from a garage. A particular feature of this property is the large and private lawned rear garden stocked with roses, plum, apple and greengage trees, raised vegetable beds, etc. The house has central heating and we have been verbally informed by our clients that it was rewired except for the kitchen, replumbed and re-rendered in 2005.
