" This three bedroom family home is located in central Gloucester. Entering on the ground floor you are greeted by original Victorian geometric tiles, these lead you through to the lounge on the left followed by the dining room. To the rear of the dining room is the door through to the kitchen with a range of base and wall units which offers ample storage to hide the family's food away. The kitchen has a door leading to the bathroom as well as another leading out to the enclosed rear garden with side access. Head back to the hallway and you will find the staircase leading to the first floor. Here are the three bedrooms; the rear bedroom has an additional space at the entrance currently used as a play area. Walking along the landing, towards the front of the property you have a WC on the left followed by the second bedroom and Master bedroom which spans the front of the property.
