This three-bedroomed detached house is in the very desirable Laurelhill/Torbrex area of Stirling. It is close to St Ninians Primary School and Stirling High School as well as the city centre and transport links.

The ground floor provides very flexible living space. The light and airy kitchen /dining area with patio doors to the garden incorporates a breakfast bar as well as more formal dining space. The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, induction hob and double oven.  It is open plan to a study area and also a family/tv room.
