  From Exeter proceed to Tedburn St Mary, as you pass Fingle Glen Golf and Country Club, carry on for approximately one and a half miles and the village sign will be seen and directly after this there is a turning left into Four Oaks Road.  Follow the road around and the property will be situated on the right hand side and is set nicely back from the road.
