From junction 30 of the M5, follow the A3052 in a southeasterly direction. Continue through the village of Newton Poppleford, passing turnings for Sidmouth, Beer and Seaton. Continuing on the A3052 in to Colyford, turn left into Old Manor Gardens.

Location
Old Manor Gardens is located right in the centre of this lovely East Devon village which has a post office and general store including a butcher. There is a parish church and a village hall which provides the focal point for an active community. There are also two village inns, the nearest being 'Wheelwright' which is a popular gastro pub with awards for good food. The small historic town of Colyton is situated about a mile away and is famous for some beautiful period architecture. The town offers an appealing range of convenience shops and a doctors surgery. The world heritage Jurassic coast is easily reached by means of an historic tramway which runs along the banks of the river Axe connecting Colyford and Colyton to the coast at Seaton.
