" Pleasantly located in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the popular North Devonshire village of Beaford is this very well presented four bedroom family home. Much improved by the current owners the property has benefitted from the addition of a conservatory a re-fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, replacement double glazing and an ensuite shower room the master bedroom. Outside on the approach to the house is a driveway providing off road parking and leads to a larger than average garage with roller shutter door. Directions From Torrington proceed in a southerly direction on the A386 signposted Hatherleigh/Okehampton, and after approximately 0.3 of a mile turn left onto the B3220 signposted Winkleigh/Exeter. Stay on this road for approximately 4 miles and upon reaching Beaford Village, take the first right hand turn into Green Lane, continue along Green Lane passing the Park on your right hand side and as the road bears to the right take the left hand fork then the first left into Marshalls Mead, the property will be found a short distance along on the right hand side clearly displaying a number plate.
