" This most attractive ground floor apartment with sash windows is very pleasantly located in a small backwater town edge development of recently refurbished cottages, houses and barns located on the southern fringes of Crediton, conveniently placed for Tesco supermarket, the Exeter bus route, railway station and the High Street is within a few minutes walk.

The apartment has been converted and totally refurbished offering deceptively spacious one bedroomed accommodation. There is also a cot room, situated just off the bedroom, though this could also be used as a walk in wardrobe or study. There is a fitted kitchen with attractive units (with cooker / hob and extractor and washer dryer), double bedroom and a shower room. Central heating is provided by efficient electric radiators each having individual wall mounted digital thermostats. Outside, the property benefits from shared use of the central cobbled courtyard and communal garden area.

?CREDITON is an old Mid Devon market town with a wealth of history, beingsituated just 7.5 miles north-west of the Cathedral City of Exeter withthe M5 motorway some 3 miles further on. The town is surrounded byunspoilt farmland in an area of great natural beauty. There is aregular daily bus service to Exeter plus trains every hour to Exeter andBarnstaple and a local town bus which covers most urban areas. Thetown is most famous for its ancient parish church and for being thebirthplace of St Boniface in 680 AD. It has excellent schoolingfacilities at both senior and junior levels and a sports and leisurecentre incorporating a superb swimming pool. The town has an excellentselection of shops with a recently opened Morrisons and a large Tescosuperstore/petrol filling station.

DIRECTIONS From Crediton town centre Proceed to the lower end of thetown as if heading for Exeter. Just before leaving the town on the A377take the right hand turning just before the Shell garage into StationRoad (as signed Hookway and golf course). The entrance to DartmoorRailway Mews will be found a few yards along on the right.From Exeter Take the A377 main road from the north of the city toCrediton (approximately 7 miles). On arriving in Crediton, take the 1stturning on the left just past the Shell garage into Station Road (assigned Hookway and golf course).
