Located in the heart of the pretty Mid Devon village of Puddington, this beautiful period house offers spacious accommodation and has the benefit of an excellent primary school in nearby Morchard Bishop, village hall and church and within the catchment for secondary education at Chulmleigh School and within the 10 mile Local Fees for Blundells in Tiverton. The large village of Witheridge is just 3 miles away with local shops, doctors surgery and pubs. Tiverton is approx. 8.5 miles with Tiverton Parkway running regular trains to London and the M5 at Junction 27. Crediton is also on hand just 9 miles to the south.

DIRECTIONS

From Crediton Proceed out through the villages of Sandford and Kennerleigh until reaching Black Dog. At the pub, turn right towards Puddington, upon entering the village, the road turns to the left and Spring Garden Villa will be found on the left before reaching Church Close on the right .

From Tiverton Take the B3137 towards Witheridge. Proceed through Withleigh and up through Cruwys Morchard woods, passing Pages Cross and take the next turning left at Peak Cross, signposted Puddington and Black Dog. Proceed for about three miles until you reach the village of Puddington, where the property will be found on the right hand side just after the turning on the left for Church Close .

PUDDINGTON is a village near the source of the River Creedy, graced on all sides by blissful, undeveloped countryside.
