This 3 bedroom detached bungalow is very well situated in the Canal Hill area of Tiverton. It is quietly situated within a popular residential area, very close to the footbridge giving access onto the towpath of the lovely Grand Western canal with its abundance of wildlife and and peaceful walks into open countryside. There are two primary schools and a useful local shop within about a half-mile, together with a regular daily bus service to the town centre.

Tiverton itself is a thriving historic market town with a population of some 20,000, nestling in the Exe Valley about 15 miles north of the City of Exeter. The town offers a wide range of amenities which include a 24-hour Tesco supermarket and a Marks & Spencer Food Hall, together with a modern hospital and leisure centre and an excellent 18-hole golf course on the outskirts of the town. The town is also ideally situated for easy access to the north and south Devon coasts, with the North Devon Link Road providing dual carriageway links to junction 27 of the M5 motorway and Tiverton Parkway main line railway station at Sampford Peverell (about 7 miles distant), whilst Exeter and Taunton are within about 15 miles and 20 miles respectively. Bristol and Plymouth both within about an hour's drive.

DIRECTIONS: From the town centre multi-storey car park take the first exit at the roundabout onto the Great Western Way towards Taunton and the M5. Proceed straight on at the next roundabout, then turn right after the pelican crossing into Canal Hill and carry straight along this road for about two-thirds of a mile. After passing the shop take the next left turning into Atherton Way, then immediately left into Francis Crescent where the bungalow will be seen on the left hand side.
