This attractive detached bungalow occupies a lovely position on the eastern outskirts of Tiverton in a peaceful crescent with fine open views. It is, however, in need of some updating. The north Devon link road on the northern outskirts of the town provides speedy dual carriageway access to the M5 motorway at junction 27 (about 7 miles distant) with its adjoining Tiverton Parkway main line railway station.

DIRECTIONS: From the town centre multi-storey car park take the first exit at the roundabout onto the Great Western Way towards Taunton and the M5. Carry straight on at the next roundabout, then turn right after the pelican crossing into Canal Hill and carry straight along this road for about two-thirds of a mile. After passing the mini-market take the next left turning into Atherton Way, then immediately left into Francis Crescent where the bungalow will be seen facing you on the left hand side.
