" A beautifully presented semi detached home located in a well regarded road, just off Pick Hill. The property has been the subject of complete modernisation by the current owners to include a contemporary fully fitted kitchen, additional reception room, (currently used as a third bedroom) two large double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

The property is situated on the corner of Homefield. The street scene is superb with views over the surrounding countryside and farm land. There are parking spaces to the side of the property and the house is set back slightly with a grass verge to the front. Once inside, you immediately notice the high state of decoration the current owners have kept the property in. The large hallway provides access to the lounge to the front and the kitchen to the left as well as the staircase ascending to the first floor.
The modern kitchen is a delight; high gloss base and wall mounted units provide ample storage and the contrasting work surfaces span two walls. Space for appliances is provided while items such as the inbuilt eye level double oven, inlayed flush fitting hob and sink unit will stay. An added benefit to these homes is the separate entrance which adjoins the original brick built coal shed. Here, this has been converted into additional living space and the current owners use this as a third bedroom.
The lounge is an incredibly light and bright room helped in part by the double glazed French doors that lead out onto the patio and the additional picture window overlooking the garden. Features such as the stainless fireplace add to the modern feel of the room which is large enough to also accommodate a dining table.
Upstairs, the landing provides access to both the large double bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a rear aspect with superb views over the countryside via its twin double glazed windows.
The bathroom has been beautifully finished with a three piece white suite and fully tiled walls and floor. A fitted glass screen and electric power shower can be found above the bath and custom made fitted bathroom furniture and a chrome heated towel rail make this a lovely room.
Externally, a raised paved patio sits directly to the rear of the property. From there the garden is predominantly laid lawn with a shingle pathway and timber fenced borders. A large timber built summer house sits towards the rear of the garden that the current owners use as a gym.
