" With a desirable position close to the centre of the charming Borders town of Innerleithen and with a large south facing garden to the rear, this 2 bed bungalow offers a super location with accommodation comprising: Hallway, Lounge, two double Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom with separate w.c., and a large enclosed Garden.Entering from the front the Hallway gives access to the Lounge, Bedrooms, Bathroom and w.c. and has two storage cupboards. The Lounge is a lovely, bright space with two windows giving views to the front, there is also a feature stone fireplace. The Kitchen is fitted with a good range of wall and base units in a light beech effect with space for a gas cooker, fridge and a washing machine. This is a bright space with a window to the side and a doorway to the rear Garden. The two double Bedrooms are both good sized rooms situated one to the front and one to the rear and both having fitted storage cupboards.
