5 Coram Court is a detached house constructed during the early 2000s, forming part of a development of six properties that were built within the former grounds of Coram Manor.

The property occupies an elevated position and as such benefits from truly spectacular sea and coastal views across Lyme Bay, from both the decked areas of the property to the front as well as from some of the principal rooms internally.

Location And Access, Outside Space Coram Court is a select development of six properties situated off Sidmouth Road, and within a 5 10 minute walk of both Lyme Regis town centre and seafront.
