" An older style detached 2 bedroom bungalow set in a large garden plot on a level site in a good residential position close to Bridport town centre.

SITUATION:  No 17 Lower Walditch Lane is situated in a desirable location enjoying an attractive view over the Nature Reserve situated on the eastern edge of the market town of Bridport. The town centre is approximately 0.5 miles level walk away with a good range of social amenities, shopping facilities, banks, schools, professional offices, leisure and art centres. There is also a twice weekly street market.  The sea and coast at West Bay and the Jurassic Coast is approximately 1.5 miles distant and here there is good boating, fishing and golfing facilities together with coastal walks along mainly National Trust controlled land.  

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
