Location

Armthorpe is a popular village, situated approximately three miles from Doncaster town centre and approximately two miles from the M18 motorway. There is a wide range of local amenities available including shops, supermarkets, post-office, schools, restaurants, bars and bus routes into town.

This property is entered via an entrance hall, where there are stairs rising to the first floor. Moving upstairs to the first floor, there is a landing with loft access, off which are three good sized bedrooms (one with dimmer switch). Completing the accommodation is the superb bathroom, which is attractively tiled and fitted with a white suite comprising panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC, as well as having an over bath shower with screen, a heated towel rail, spotlights and a mirror fronted wall cabinet. Proceed past the bend on the left hand side and Cow House Lane, the property can be found on the left, just before the Hornsby Road turning, identified by a Your Move for sale board.
