The property is located close to Scunthorpe town centre on the section of Exeter Road which runs between Doncaster Road and Cliff Gardens. As well as being nearby to the town centre the property is also within walking distance of Scunthorpe General Hospital, Sainsbury’s Supermarket and the Baths Hall. It is approximately 1 mile to the A18 at Glanford Park where you will find Tesco’s along with other big name shopping outlets and access to the M181 motorway.
