LOCATION
Church Gresley is a bustling village close to the South Derbyshire town of Swadlincote. The property is located close to the centre of the village with shops, schools and parks all within walking distance. A broader range of facilities are available in nearby Swadlincote, Ashby and Burton - all just a short car journey away, as is the National Forest.

DESCRIPTION- GROUND FLOOR

From the rear of our Swadlincote office turn right into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the Sainsburys island onto Hearthcote Road. Continue along over the two mini islands taking the left hand turn onto Gresley Wood Road. At the top of the road turn right into George Street and proceed along turning right into Windmill Street where the house can be found on the right hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell FOR SALE board.
