" Rarely available is this two double bedroom home within close proximity to Bexleyheath Station. Most property on this road have been extended; in-keeping with the road there is huge potential to increase the size of your new home subject to the usual planning consents.

The home itself has already been enlarged on the ground floor and offers you the new owner, two large reception rooms. The cosy separate lounge as you would expect is at the front of the property. To the rear, is the light and bright, extended family room which incorporates the original dining room and large conservatory overlooking the peaceful rear garden.
