" If it has come to that stage in your life when you decide you need a bungalow because you are having walking difficulties or need a bungalow because you want your family all on one level then this may be perfect. The front of the driveway to the end of the garden is virtually flat, so subject to a tweek here and there, it could accommodate a wheelchair, or just be perfect if you are sick of climbing the stairs of a night time when going to bed.It is in a quiet cul de sac but certainly not cut off from the world because the station and shops are minutes away, so London, a newspaper, a cafe breakfast, are not far away whatsoever. You can park 3 cars off the road here and also 1 at the back of the property as it has a detached garage there, also a great storage place if you don't need to park your car there.All the bedrooms are completely separate and the bonus here is that you do not need to use one of them as a dining room, like you do with many bungalow, because here there is already a double glazed conservatory, which the owners use as their dining room. So yes, 3 separate bedrooms, a shower room, a modern kitchen, a lounge and a separate conservatory, all in this property.You are now wondering why the price is low? Well the current owners are motivated sellers and welcome your opinion on their home, so if you are ready, willing and able to move, so are the sellers.

We bought our property around 9 years ago now and have updated it to a nice standard. In the past couple of years we have put new double glazed windows in, apart from 2 of them, and still have a guarantee to show for it. A few years after moving in we installed a new boiler and have had no problems with it at all. We wanted a bungalow as we wanted everything on the ground level and we are only moving now as we are moving deeper into Kent for a more rural lifestyle. We will miss the access to London and wish however buys our property the best of luck.
