Location

The property is located in Chalk approximately three miles from Gravesend with all its amenities and High speed train service. It's also approximately three miles from Higham village which also boasts a mainline train station. Shorne is only a few miles up the road and is well known for rolling countryside with National Heritage parks and country walks and its many excellent country pubs. Also this location benefits from coach services to London, picking up only a few hundred meters away making this an ideal property for commuters looking for a less busy area.

Our View

A great opportunity to purchase a detached family home on a good size plot with a fairly good size rear garden, off street parking to the front which in our opinion could be gated and made to look far more imposing. A conservatory overlooks the rear garden which is accessed from the kitchen/dining room so you can sit out and have a drink whilst enjoying the view. The property is generally in good condition but has one or two areas that you could put your own stamp on to make it feel more like your family home from the start. We feel this property has lots of potential and advise early viewing to avoid disappointment.
