OWNER OPINION In our opinion two of the best features of this house are the conservatory and the large established garden which wraps around two sides of the house. In the spring many of the trees (including a magnolia and cherry tree) blossom and carrying on into summer with the other trees in leaf mean the house and garden are not overlooked. Over the years there has been room for a play house and trampoline and latterly a patio without compromising the feeling of space in the garden. The house itself has a spacious feel with both the lounge and dining room opening onto the conservatory but with the advantage of being able to use each room separately without having to go through one room to the next - a definite advantage with a growing family. Moulton itself is a small village with a friendly and safe atmosphere. Our children have gone to Moulton Primary School, onto the local high school and Sir John Deane's College where they have made good friends and gained good qualifications along the way. There are also Beavers, Brownies etc and other groups in the village. Beehive Lane, which runs along one edge of the property gives excellent access to public footpaths across the fields and is a popular and friendly dog walking route. Although Moulton itself may seem very quiet there is plenty going on for those wanting to get involved in a small and friendly community. "
