" Approached via a private drive, Ashurst Farm is a large unique four bedroom detached family home occupying approx 12.5 acres of land. Completed in 2002 this beautiful property was built with Baltic pine from Belarus by the current owners to their own specification. The property is light and airy throughout with good use of wood to make an excellent family home. The accommodation which benefits from under floor heating & double glazing briefly comprises, reception hall, open plan kitchen living dining area with a large stone built chimney being the focal point, pantry, large utility and cloakroom, master bedroom with en-suite, family shower room, further bedroom and a fully fitted study (originally planned as a fifth bedroom) On the first floor there is an open landing and two further double bedrooms. Outside, there is a large veranda and surrounding lawned gardens. The remainder of the land is split into three paddocks and a 5850sq ft barn with stabling, workshop and toilet facilities. "
