" This beautifully appointed and cleverly extended 1940's semi detached property is located in one of the most sought after and desirable areas of North Leamington Spa. It is within walking distance to the well regarded local schools including Telford infants and junior schools and North Leamington secondary school together with local amenities closeby.

The ground floor of the property has been immaculately designed and extended to create the perfect heart of the house for entertaining and spending time with the family.
