" Standing in a tree-lined roadway here is a traditional semi-detached house which needs full modernisation, but would make a lovely home with a decent sized rear garden in our opinion. The layout includes a hall, two reception rooms, kitchen, landing, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside the gardens are established, there is an elderly garage and greenhouse. The property is offered for sale with the advantage of No Chain.

This particular property is offered for sale with many original features in a pleasant roadway which enjoys a mixture of house types and designs and therefore it is an interesting place to live. The property has two storey bay windows to the front elevation with coloured leaded fanlight and it is built in the traditional style with a slate covered roof. Internal features which deserve a mention are picture rails to the walls, a most attractive fireplace in the rear reception room and the kitchen which has a clothes airier to the ceiling as well as a walk-in pantry and probably the original built-in cupboard range.
Church Lane connects Burns Road with Walsgrave Road and a good number and variety of local shops are available within walking distance. BATHROOM 1.91m(6'3'') x 1.91m(6'3'') with pink coloured suite comprising panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low flush w.c. and electric heater to the wall. FRONT GARDEN standing behind a castellated wall incorporating a front entrance gate and borders with plants and shrubs. Side path leading to the main entrance door and then having gated access to the rear garden. REAR GARDENS Built to the rear of the property is an extra W.C. and Fuel Store.
The garden is larger than normal and is very well established but now requires attention as it is now somewhat overgrown.
