" What a great family home! Only too often when looking for a new home in Westgate-on Sea you find that there is either no parking or that the 3rd bedroom is more like a box room. Not with this house. The bedrooms are all of a double size. You will also have peace of mind with the children in that this is a cul de sac and that the rear garden is fully enclosed. The garden has a decked patio for those adult summer evenings and a lawned area for the younger ones to play.
Inside the house the lounge diner runs across the rear of the property with French doors leading out onto the garden. For a modern property the lounge is the size that you would normally associate with a much older house. A kitchen with breakfast bar (for when you want to quickly eat your cereal in the morning before rushing of to work or the school run) and a downstairs toilet complete the picture.
Upstairs you will find the 3 double bedrooms ( 2 of which face out over the rear garden) and the family bathroom. There are a choice of schools in the local area along with a fish and chip shop, a Chinese takeaway and small convenience store for those every day essentials. Westgate itself has lovely Victorian canopied shops, a sandy beach and a train station with direct links into London.

We have lived here for nearly 8 years and are looking to move due to work commitments. If we could pick up the house and take it with us, we would!We were attracted to the property by the size of all 3 bedrooms and the spacious lounge area, as well as the quiet cul-de-sac location. The south facing garden is great in the summer too!!
