During the last 4/5 years the current owners have undertaken a complete makeover, installing a luxury white fitted kitchen, plus utility room and modern white bathroom suite. New double glazed French doors have been fitted in the main bedroom which lead out onto a private section of garden, where Michael and Jennifer enjoy breakfast and morning coffee. Positioned in an elevated spot, Whitstable Town is only a short car journey away. The main transport links via the A2990 from which you can head towards the Thanet Towns or London is also close by, in addition to this you are only a short walking distance away from a local pub/Restaurant where you can enjoy an evening drink or Sunday lunch. For those of you with more then 1 car you are going to love the detached timber framed garage as it easily houses 2 cars and provides space also as a workshop. With room for 2 further vehicles you will always have space for family and friends to visit.

When we first walked into this bungalow it just felt right. The accommodation flowed well and was practically laid out providing a cosy environment that was light and airy.We have found Sherwood Drive to be an ideal location for getting about as we have bus routes at the end of our road providing easy access to Whitstable Town Centre and the wide variety of shopping facilities that are found in the City of Canterbury.The conversion of the original garage into extra living accommodation has made a massive difference to our home, giving us the flexibility to have an additional 3rd bedroom or dining room for us to entertain family and friends.
